Satyananda yoga opened the door to my deeper understanding of life. A very unique awareness-shifting experience happened when I met my guru Swami Satyananda in India in 2007, which unexpectedly heightened my intuitive abilities to see beyond the visible in a person’s behaviour or a situation. Yoga also led me to the understanding that all kinds of physical disease are actually a consequence of lack of balance in our lives, which we have lost through the cycle of choice - consequence. It also opened me to explore healing with Homeopathy and Ayurveda and to the concept that healing happens by restoring the balance.
